The Rank International Journal of Computer Science & Multidisciplinary Research (RAINCOMES-PAK) is committed to maintaining a transparent and fair publication fee policy. Any fees associated with manuscript processing or publication are intended solely to support the editorial, peer-review, production, online hosting, and long-term maintenance of the journal.
The journal does not charge any fee for the initial submission of manuscripts. Editorial decisions are based exclusively on the academic quality, originality, and relevance of the submitted work and are never influenced by the payment of any fee.

Where an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable, it supports the following services:
Payment Policy
- No payment is requested during manuscript submission or peer review.
- Payment instructions are provided only after a manuscript has been formally accepted.
- Authors should not send payment unless they have received an official acceptance letter and invoice (if applicable) from the journal.
- Publication fees are generally non-refundable once production has begun, except in exceptional circumstances determined by the Editorial Office.
Fee Waivers and Discounts
RAINCOMES-PAK may consider full or partial fee waivers or discounts in special circumstances, subject to editorial approval and the journal's financial policies. Requests should be submitted to the Editorial Office before payment.
Eligibility for a waiver or discount does not influence the editorial evaluation or peer-review outcome.
