We take complaints and grievances very seriously. If you have any concerns regarding reviewer bias, editorial delays, billing discrepancy, or online systems, please submit your grievance directly to our dedicated cell.
Submission Procedure
Send an email to grievance@raincomesinternational.com with:
- Your submission ID (if applicable)
- Detailed description of the issue or complaint
- Any supporting documents or screenshots
Our grievance officer will review the case and respond to you within 5 working days.
